Brittney Sonoga is our Director of Operations, full time Secretary, and for all intents and purposes the reason the lights stay on, well… the reason anything besides hunting actually gets done around here. From scheduling events, to endless paperwork, and tedious research jobs she is the brains (and the beauty) behind this operation and definitely keeps everything on track. Originally from Southern California Brittney grew up with two younger brothers and with her extended family close by which consists of mostly male cousins. Due to always being surrounded by the boys she quickly learned how to hold her own. They all loved the outdoors and got into everything from fishing, to jet skis to knee-boarding, and camping to riding quads!
As soon as she turned 18 she enlisted into the Air Force to see the world, earn an education, and of course serve our great country! She was stationed in Tucson Arizona for five years and then Las Vegas Nevada for another five as a Command and Control Battle Management Operator. Over her 10 years of Active Duty she volunteered and deployed three times in order to be directly involved with and contribute to the war overseas! In fact, I met her at the gym on her final Active Duty deployment at Bagram AB in Afghanistan and I haven’t been able to get rid of her since! She then transitioned to a Guard unit in Oregon but was forced to give that up after a short while due to greater civilian career opportunities in Las Vegas. She first worked as a Data Link Operations Subject Matter Expert on Nellis Air Force Base and now resides as a Civil Servant at the Nevada Test and Training Range as a Resource Specialist.
Brittney enjoys the outdoors and the calming effects it gives her. She has always been intrigued by the world of hunting and is ecstatic for her first hunting season this coming fall!
